1. Introduction
This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all transactions for services provided by EduNova Studio (operated by Adit Goel). It is prepared in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.
Our Commitment: We strive for 100% client satisfaction. We offer unlimited revisions on all services. A refund should be a last resort, and we will always attempt to resolve your concerns first.
2. Nature of Digital Services
Our services are primarily digital and custom-made deliverables created specifically for each client. Due to the custom nature of these services:
- Work begins immediately or very shortly after order confirmation
- Time and effort are invested even in partially completed work
- Completed digital deliverables cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense
This is consistent with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, which recognise the distinct nature of digital services.
3. Refund Eligibility
Full Refund Eligible (100%)
- Order cancelled before work has begun โ full advance refund
- We are unable to deliver the service due to our own inability or error
- The final deliverable fundamentally does not match the agreed scope (not addressed through revisions)
- Duplicate payment made by the Client
Partial Refund (Pro-rata)
- Order cancelled after work has begun but before delivery โ refund for unworked portion only
- Agreed scope is partially completed at time of cancellation
No Refund
- Work has been fully delivered and accepted by the Client
- Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences that were not communicated beforehand
- Cancellation requested after the final deliverable has been submitted
- Client's failure to provide required materials causing project delays
- Change of mind after delivery of completed work
4. Revision Policy (Before Requesting Refund)
All services include unlimited revisions until you are satisfied. Before requesting a refund, you must:
- Communicate specific concerns clearly via WhatsApp or email
- Allow a reasonable opportunity (at least 2 revision rounds) to address issues
We consider a refund only after reasonable revision attempts have failed to resolve a legitimate quality concern.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or within 7 days of realising a defect)

- Include: Order details, reason for refund request, and supporting evidence if applicable
- We will respond within 5 business days
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7โ10 business days to the original payment method or as mutually agreed.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a service order at any time by informing us in writing (WhatsApp or email).
- Before Work Begins: 100% advance refund
- After Work Begins: Pro-rata refund based on work completed
- After Delivery: No cancellation or refund (revision policy applies)
EduNova Studio reserves the right to cancel an order if the Client provides materials that are illegal, harmful, infringing, or violate our Terms of Service. In such cases, a full refund of any advance will be issued.
7. Consumer Rights Under Indian Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including:
- The right to seek redressal for deficient services from the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission
- The right to file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000)

8. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision:
